What data can we process?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IP address, date and time of visit, browser and device information and data stored in server logs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and content of the message sent to the Foundation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e-mail address, name, selected interests and information about consents granted \u2013 in the case of subscription to the newsletter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data necessary to process a donation, payment or conclude and perform a contract;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information provided voluntarily in a form or correspondence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask that you do not send information about your health, disability, or other sensitive data via general contact forms or regular email unless it is necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If such information is needed to participate in a specific activity of the Foundation, we will provide an appropriate form, information clause or ask for separate consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Why and on what basis do we process data?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contact and reply to messages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process the data provided in the message or form to provide a response and conduct further correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis is the Foundation&#039;s legitimate interest in handling correspondence \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If contact concerns a contract, subscription, or payment, the basis may also be Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Newsletter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use the e-mail address and other data provided during registration to send information about the Foundation&#039;s activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis is consent \u2013 Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR \u2013 and consent to the transmission of information electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Communications Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the link in each message or by contacting the Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Donations, Payments and Contracts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process data related to a donation, payment or contract for the purpose of processing it, fulfilling accounting and tax obligations and, if necessary, establishing, pursuing or defending claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b, cif GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Security and proper operation of the Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may use technical data and server logs to ensure security, detect errors and abuse, and protect the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis is the legitimate interest of the Foundation \u2013 Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Statistics and external tools<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you consent to optional cookies, we may use analytics, translations, external video content, or other additional features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis for processing is consent \u2013 Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. How long do we store data?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only store data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>correspondence \u2013 for the duration of the case and then until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>newsletter data \u2013 until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accounting and tax documentation \u2013 for the period required by law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data related to contracts and payments \u2013 for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by law or needed to secure claims;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>logs and technical data \u2013 for the period necessary to ensure the security and proper operation of the Services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data processed on the basis of consent \u2013 until its withdrawal, unless there is another legal basis for further processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we may keep your email address on a blacklist to respect your decision not to send you further messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Who can we transfer data to?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be transferred only to the extent necessary to achieve a specific purpose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hosting, email and IT service providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>newsletter system providers, in particular Mailchimp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providers of analytical tools, translations, security and external content, in particular Google, YouTube, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Translate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providers of cookie consent management tools, in particular CookieYes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GetResponse \u2013 if its analytical tools are used on a given Website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment operators;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>entities providing accounting, legal or administrative services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>public authorities, if the obligation to provide data results from legal provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not share data with sponsors or partners solely because they collaborate with the Foundation. Such sharing will only occur if there is a specific purpose and an appropriate legal basis, of which the individual concerned is informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some service providers, in particular Google, YouTube and Mailchimp, may process data outside the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If such a transfer occurs, it is based on the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, in particular the European Commission&#039;s adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Protection Framework or standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed information can be found in the privacy policies of individual providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Cookies and similar technologies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The websites may use cookies and local browser storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These files can be used to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ensuring the proper and secure operation of the Website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remembering user settings and the selected language version;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recording your decision regarding cookies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>keeping visit statistics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>displaying video materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protecting forms against spam;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handling newsletter subscriptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cookies necessary for the operation of the Website may be used without additional consent. Other files and tools may be activated after consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the selected Service, we may use, among others:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager \u2013 for creating statistics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CookieYes \u2013 to record cookie decisions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>YouTube \u2013 for displaying video content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google reCAPTCHA \u2013 to protect forms against spam;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Translate and GTranslate \u2013 for translation support;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mailchimp \u2013 for newsletter management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GetResponse Analytics \u2013 if the tool remains active on a given Website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current list of cookies used, their suppliers, purposes and periods of operation should be available in the cookie settings panel of a given Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can withdraw or change your consent at any time in the &quot;Cookie Settings&quot; panel. You can also limit the storage of cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. External Sites and Social Media<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The websites contain links to websites and profiles operated by other entities, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you&#039;ve accessed an external website, your data will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of that website. The Foundation is not responsible for the privacy policies or operations of websites belonging to other entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Rights of data subjects<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every person has \u2013 in the cases specified in the GDPR \u2013 the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>obtain information about the processing of your data and receive a copy thereof;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rectification or supplementation of data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request deletion of data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request restriction of processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data transfer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>object to processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>withdraw consent at any time;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests regarding data can be sent to the following address: <a href=\"mailto:fundacja@ladnehistorie.pl\">fundacja@ladnehistorie.pl<\/a> or by post to the Foundation&#039;s address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A complaint may be submitted to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office: ul. Data of children and participants of activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These services are primarily informational in nature. General contact forms are not intended for submitting documentation regarding health, family circumstances, or the special needs of children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data of children, young people, parents and guardians related to registration and participation in the Foundation&#039;s activities are processed in accordance with the principles described in separate information clauses, forms and consents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Automated decision-making<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Foundation does not make decisions regarding users of the Websites that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect them solely on the basis of automated processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analytical tools may create statistical information about how the Services are used if the user consents to this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13.
