The Imago Foundation invites you to a training on accessible tourism services in Lower Silesia. Do you work in the tourism sector in Lower Silesia? Want to increase your knowledge about offering accessible tourism services to people with special needs? 𝗧𝗼 𝘀𝘇𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗷𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗲!

For whom?
The training is aimed at employees of the tourism sector – representatives of companies, institutions and tourist organizations, including: tourist facilities such as hotels, hostels, marinas, campsites, equipment rental companies, tour operators, tourist guides and other entities conducting tourist activities in Lower Silesia.
What will you gain?
The training is theoretical and practical.
During training:
- you will gain knowledge about the requirements and regulations regarding available tourist services,
- you will learn about the needs of people with various types of disabilities,
- you will learn how to communicate with clients with special needs,
- you will learn about alternative solutions in accessibility,
- you will become familiar with the equipment supporting accessible tourism.
