Summary of the study visit to Krakow

The last study visit of the National Respite Tourism Network this year has just ended. It was wonderful to meet in Krakow with such a large group of organizations working to empower people with disabilities through social tourism!

We would like to thank the organizers – Zacięty Association for preparing the field game after Ojców National Park, which was created thanks to cooperation with the Foundation Poland to the MountainsThe game was played using the Tropimy app, which assigned landmarks to participants, creating a route for our trip. Autumn at OPN was beautiful. Thank you! Ojców National Parky for making the park available, interesting natural facts along the route and for covering the entire event with the Honorary Patronage of the Director of the Ojców National Park, Mr. Tomasz Gierat.

In addition to outdoor activities, there were also climbing activities Our Wall. We learned about climbing as a tool for social action and as an activity accessible to everyone. We would like to thank all entities for their presence and willingness to share their experience in the field of social tourism – Nice Stories Foundation, Imago Foundation, Eisenhower Foundation, CzaSami Foundation. We believe that the relationships built in this way will result in joint projects in the future.
