We're starting recruitment and reminding you! On September 10-11, the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship will host a regional thematic conference of the National Respite Tourism Network, organized in cooperation with the Warmia-Masuria Regional Assembly of Disabled Persons – a member of the Network.
This is a unique opportunity to explore the concept of respite tourism, learn more about the activities of the National Respite Tourism Network, and meet entities and initiatives working to develop accessible and inclusive tourism.
In the program among others.:
- presentation of the activities of the National Respite Tourism Network
- presentation of the idea and activities undertaken so far within the project "Leave from care: A model of respite tourism"“
- partner presentations – among others. Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, Olsztyn Forest District, project "Naturally accessible national parks. Wild Odyssey® of the Children's Foundation "Zdążyć z Pomocą"„
- presentations of good practices of local entities operating in the field of tourism for people with disabilities and respite
- demonstrations and testing of wheelchairs, special bicycles and the possibility of using disability simulators.

The conference was held under the honorary patronage of the Marshal of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and the Voivode of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
